It turns out the contents are just the beginning of major blackmail that will either be met or a huge ecological disaster will follow. The men who are murdered are either timber experts, British agents or just simply know too much. It is a hoot everytime Tara lands up in the forest. 1/8/1969 S06E16.Invasion of the Earthmen When they track down a dead agent, Steed and Tara uncover a space academy that is training all its students for a deadly plot. 1/15/1969 S06E17.Killer When agents are turing up totally killed in a dozen ways and neatly wrapped in plastic, Tara goes on vacation, leaving Steed with Lady Diana Forbes-Blakeney (Jennifer Croxton). 1/22/1969 S06E18.The Morning After Brian Clemens gives us more of the hard-edged Steed in this show where he warns Tara about what a deadly trickster the double-dealing Merlin (Peter Barksworth) can be, which we discover upon arrival. He also has an advanced, potent sleeping gas and when he uses it to try to escape them, the town they're in is suddenly deserted! 1/29/1969 S06E19.The Curious Case of the Countless Clues Tara is left at her flat with an injured ankle while Steed is left to contend with Scotland Yards' Sir Arthur Doyle to solve murders in which the killer sends clues before the occur. 2/5/1969 S06E20. Do the killing have anything to do with small malevolent mobile metal boxes....? 4/2/1969 S06E28.My Wildest Dream When one of the Acme Precision Combine is brutally stabbed, Steed and Tara are on hand to witness the crime, thanks to a telephoned warning. But why does somebody want them to see so many killings, and what does it have to do with Dr. Jaeger's aggresso-therapy clinic? 4/7/1969 S06E29.Requiem When Steed takes prime witness Miranda Loxton to a safe house to protect her from Murder-International hitmen, Tara is kidnapped. She escapes to find herself in her worst nightmare. A booby-trap in Steed's apartment kills Mother and Tara may be the only one with the hidden knowledge of where Steed has gone. 4/16/1969 S06E30.Take-Over The home of Steed's friends Bill and Laura Bassett is invaded by a group of ruthless criminals who implant explosives in their throats. Unfortunately, this is the weekend that Steed is coming to stay. 4/23/1969 S06E31.Pandora Tara is kidnapped, and wakes to discover that it is 1915, and she is apparently called Pandora. Could this be because of the little matter of a dowry and a missing bride? Steed struggles to solve a very old mystery. 4/30/1969 S06E32.Get-A-Way A prison is having trouble holding enemy agents. The first two escapees kill friends of Steed's - is he next on the list? 5/14/1969 S06E33.Bizarre When a woman is found walking barefoot in a snowy field, complaining of a dead man who wasn't dead, Steed investigates the Happy Meadows funeral parlour, which doesn't seem to be keeping its clients down under.
